From growing up between two cultures in 1980s Ireland to leading design in healthcare startups, I’ve come to see how the lessons of my life influence my design thinking. These six “gifts” are reflections on perspective, systems thinking, creativity, empathy, strategy, and optimism and how they continue to shape the way I work and see the world.
