I am inspired by future-orientated thinkers who are interested in helping others. Much of my work has focused on the intersection of healthcare, technology, and inclusive design. My job is to make technology work for humans. To make it work within the realities of people’s lives so it offers real value and meets real need.
I’m a product designer by training and I’ve spent the last 17 years helping organisations bring new products and services to market. My skills have expanded over the years to include user experience, service design, interaction design and leadership. If I had to be placed in a particular tradition it would be human-centred design.
I've worked with both startups and larger organisations to help shape initial product ideas, build and lead design teams, and guide product development through regulatory and commercialisation. I’ve worked extensively on digital health tools, integrated medication-digital solutions, and services designed for people living with chronic conditions.
I’m particularly interested in how well designed systems - grounded in evidence and shaped by the context of clinical care - can support better outcomes for patients, families, and health professionals.
